Within us all lives the child who learned to survive through fear, patterns, and protective walls. There are also shadows — hidden aspects of self that we often avoid. This session invites both the child and the shadow into the light, with gentleness, humour, and compassion.
By standing on the outside looking in, we gain new perspective. We begin to see our life not through trauma or survival instincts, but through conscious choice and empowered awareness. When the child within is healed, the healthy adult and Higher Self naturally rise.
What You Will Experience
🌬️ Gentle Opening & Grounding
We begin by creating a safe, nurturing container, calming the body and allowing the child within to feel safe, seen, and held.
✨ Working with Humour in Darkness
Shadow work doesn’t always have to be heavy. Through lightness, laughter, and fresh perspective, we gently dissolve the weight of shame, fear, and survival programming.
👁️ Conscious Reframing
You will be guided to step outside of your old stories and view them from the observer’s seat. This new perspective helps you make conscious choices not born of trauma or fear.
🌟 Integration of the Inner Child
The wounded child is welcomed, soothed, and healed. As the child feels safe, the empowered adult and Higher Self emerge — creating wholeness, balance, and self-love.
